Last weekend we went up to visit one of my Mum's friends, Helga for the night. Some highlights: We had bonfires, homemade & home cooked pizza oven pizza's, bonfires, wine & hot water bottles. Walks through the town and delicious coffee at Blueys, and old pug & pine Blacksmith's which is now a delightful cafe and bed & breakfast place. On the Monday we had family over for breakfast.

Yesterday, Ruby and I visited a friend with a new baby called Amelia. She is the little sister of Lily, and was really very adorable. We had a lovely cuddle, cup of tea, afternoon bun and were able to give little Amelia a C cushion. I am mad for books, especially art and design and for my Birthday I received the following:From my parents (my Mum and my Dad & Wicked Step Mother : P ) I was lucky to receive some cash to purchase what I wish, some of which I spent on some books from Amazon. The first delivery arrived on Sunday - what a nice suprise to receive mail on the weekend! Three books, one of which I will show one today:

I went to the East End Markets on Saturday with my sister and step-mum. Some girls I studied shoemaking with had a stall there and I'm feeling like I want to get into it again, I've had a long, much needed break and now can't wait.We're moving in a bit over a week, where I'll have room to house all my workshop tools - again, I can't wait!!!!!Of course its hard when working full time to force
